Refund policy

SHIPMENT

We deliver worldwide via Lithuanian post. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days nationally and 10-45 days worldwide after dispatch, depending on the buyers location. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, provided to you via e-mail.

Please ensure that phone number, billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once shipped. 

*For any delivery destinations outside of the European Union, you are responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. 

RETURNS

We don't offer direct exchanges through the site. If you'd like to exchange a product, drop us an email at madebystresas@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without return request will not be accepted.

You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus shipment, on the condition that the item is unused, in the original packaging. 

*The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
